Our zippered and fiber-filled cushions come in a choice of premium, all-weathered Sunbrella® fabrics.  Sunbrella fabrics are easy-care and weather-friendly, resisting mildew, stains and fading.
  • 1 seat Custom-made cushion to fit our outdoor furniture collections.
  • Poly foam covered with puffy Dacron, zippered, 2-ties at the back cushion.
  • Bullnose waterfall for neat and rich style
  • Sunbrella fabric is the number one outdoor performance textile. Woven of 100% solution-dyed acrylic, Sunbrella is easy care, stain resistant, colorfast and provides up to 98% UV protection.

We know how frustrating this situation can be.  But before you contact us for return or replacement, please check again this time very carefully (e.g. switch legs, assembly with different wrong parts, look for same color code, etc).  This is a common mistake for customer especially never done assembly with our product before.  Note: We check every single product from manufacturer's damage or defect before we ship it to the customer.

Return shipping for damaged or defective items is free — just pick your preferred resolution:

  • Replacement parts (e.g. chair leg)
  • A replacement item
  • A refund
